Villa Sophie was built during the winter of 2002/2003 by Halit Ada from Just Silver Developments in Kalkan. The villa is just two minutes from a small beach and overlooks the beautiful picturesque bay of Kalkan and the harbour.

This Kalkan villa has 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, and is beautifully designed. Ideal for families and for a group of friends, Villa Sophie will live up to your expectations for an ideally-located , well appointed holiday home in which to relax in comfort and from which to explore this beautiful region.

Description: Lounge area
On the ground floor we have the living room/kitchen. This is a very warm looking room with three patio doors leading out onto the terrace. At one end of the room is the lounge area with a fireplace, two settees, coffee tables, television, DVD player and hi-fi.

Description: Kitchen area
At the other end is the kitchen, which is fitted with all Bosch appliances, ie dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, oven and hob. There is also a table and chairs and air conditioning.

Description: Bedroom 1
The first large double bedroom is located on the ground floor, and this en-suite has a full bath as well as a large powerful shower.

On the first floor there is another large double bedroom, a smaller double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

All of these also have their own en-suite shower rooms with quality fittings, and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

Description: Swimming Pool
Outside we have a large swimming pool with steps to walk down. The shallow end being 1.5m and the deep end being 2m. We also have a small children’s pool.
