Villa Sophie
Welcome to Villa Sophie. Let us tempt you to a wonderful holiday experience in the resort of Kalkan.

Villa Sophie was built during the winter of 2002/2003 by Halit Ada from Just Silver Developments in Kalkan. The villa is just two minutes from a small beach and overlooks the beautiful picturesque bay of Kalkan and the harbour.

Sadly we don't think the property is suitable for disabled or those unsteady on their legs, because it is built so close to the waters edge. You have to drive down to get to the entrance, and you then have to walk up 94 steps to get to the property. But the good news is that they are shallow steps and it is well worth the effort, as once you are there, you will think you are in heaven!

Description: Lounge area
On the ground floor we have the living room/kitchen. This is a very warm looking room with three patio doors leading out onto the terrace. At one end of the room is the lounge area with a fireplace, two settees, coffee tables, television, DVD player and hi-fi.

Description: Kitchen area
At the other end is the kitchen, which is fitted with all Bosch appliances, ie dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, oven and hob. There is also a table and chairs and air conditioning.

Description: Bedroom 1
The first large double bedroom is located on the ground floor, and this en-suite has a full bath as well as a large powerful shower.

On the first floor there is another large double bedroom, a smaller double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

All of these also have their own en-suite shower rooms with quality fittings, and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

Description: Swimming Pool
Outside we have a large swimming pool with steps to walk down. The shallow end being 1.5m and the deep end being 2m. We also have a small children’s pool and a Jacuzzi.
